Bad Fitting Examples

A common problem among women- the back band that rides up.  Easily fixed by going down a band.  Since this woman was already on her tightest hook, I'd recommend her to go down two band sizes.  When you do size down the band, keep in mind that to keep the same cup volume, you need to size up a cup.  This only works if you are in the right cup size to begin with.  If there is spillage in the cups, you'd need to size up more than one cup.

Another common problem is cup spillage. The band here looks good & level around the ribcage, but this woman clearly needs to go up at least one cup.  The underwire needs to come up higher on the side to fully encase the side of the breasts (but not so high that it digs into the armpit!)  And, of course, you don't want to be bulging out of the top of the cup like she is.
